WATER
I spoke in church yesterday. My mouth was SO dry, I had to pause for several seconds in a feeble attempt to rehydrate. It failed. Miserably. I have been thirsty ever since! In honor of delicious water, I leave you with some fun facts about h20:
Henry David Thoreau said, “Water is the only drink of the wise man.“
The fact that our bodies are made up of about 70% water alone
speaks of our organic connection to the source and our need to
consistently replenish that very source.
Water is vital to many body functions:
1. It keeps the body temperature regulated.
2. Water dissolves nutrients, then transports them, making them
available to the whole body
3. Water removes waste and toxins from the system
4. Prevents fatigue, dizziness, hunger, dry skin, dark urine and
general lethargy which are signs of dehydration
Water Yourself
funny… I am sipping on my third bottle of water this morning as I opened and read your post! water rules… but lets be honest, soda tastes so darn good!
I saw on the national news that burlington got dumped on today! hope you two are surviving!

Amen to water! I feel the same way every time I try to give a talk. Give me a song and I’m fine, but speaking is a whole dimension that I leave to Kelly. Mary also loves water. She tries to steal mine whenever she gets the chance. At least I’m teaching her at a young age.
I realize you probably don’t remember/know me but I married Dustin Eyre from your old neighborhood…am Joel & Isaac Nichols’ little sister (From Timpview), and “played with” Megan all growing up. Anyway, we check in on your blog (I love it) and I just thought I would leave a comment today. You’ll never really understand how much water does-a-body good until you have a baby and have to have enough fluids in your system to hydrate two of you. Since my son was born, I have had to drink at least a gallon of water a day…and I’ve never felt so good or clean or fresh inside! Its amazing how much we take water for granted! Thanks for your posts! We love them!
Jessie! I remember you coming to the house and playing when you were little. :>
I say amen to water, too. Drinking it AND being in it. The ocean, soaking tubs, swiming pools. It’s ALL good. :>
Your talk in church on Sunday was great! I didn’t even notice you pausing to re-hydrate! I love all the fun water facts, it really is the best drink ever!
You are so funny! Thanks for all of your great comments on my blog too!
